HEALT arguments for and against drugs use
My view is freewill and consent and i think people should be given choice to do their own risk assessment on what they do with their own bodies.

Saying no to people treating them like slaves just results in war, look at philipeanes and subsequent loss of city in rebellion.

I think chinas argument in opium wars if memory serves was loss of able work force to drug use, amd yet how much money and people did they have to employ to keep the population under control by refusal to teach and let people do their own thing, and if you want the work done do badley, why aren't you doing it yourself? Forcing the people to bend to your will just results in a spiral to civil war.

Some personality types will just do things to prove they can, if others say no or impossible or make threats regarding certain things.

Given pharmaceutical torture on mental health wards and cases where system has experimented on people against their consent. I disagree with prescriptions as two easy to falsify and give people something else, tusker syphilis experiment, and birth control pill experiments in 50's or selene horse death news story. I no longer trust government amd think anonymous off the shelf safer! Amongst other things.

Given missing person stats and personal experience of recieving end of torture on those wards (injected against will) i i have zero confidence in NHS or that system anymore as they broke the law and hippocratic oath.

If people commit fraud or lie about what they are selling or giving a person than i view that as a criminal offense. I.e. If deliberately misleading people with information.

cigarette smoke i view as a chemical weapons attack on people nearby. Anything a person foes in own privacy or moderation which isn't doing damage or physically killing me, who dont consent. I really don't see issue with.

I expect people to be given benefit of doubt, trust until proven otherwise and if necessary to take their own precautions to make things safe.

I think outlawing consent and freewill puts more people at risk and breach of unfair competition law.
