POLIC Against Met's or anyone's use of Spit Hoods
I read that the police we're trying to justify their barbaric use of spit hoods under the notion that if a suspect who was infected with hep c or something else spat in their face then they run this risk of contamination from that illness.

My opinion is if they are worried about that type of risk then they have the option of wearing something to cover their own faces and this has been cited by me in the allowing people to wear the burka argument as well.

Or better yet they could try winning people over so they weren't spat on, if the police, met and anyone else are looking down their nose at people being aggressive, using bully tactics or demonstrating double standards where they are citing politics or religion or other reasons not to help some people and not others, or telling one set of people one thing, and another set another, then they loose peoples respect, and this usually accounts for why government looses the support of whole sub sets of society or entire regions, countries or nations when they loose sight of what their job purpose was for.

None consensual torture, assignation and other abuses by government, corporations or anyone else does not win people to your cause. Demonstrating your ability to reason and help improve peoples lives does.
try a smile, honesty and a little respect, and you would get better results as way too many people in positions of authority appear to have let power and ego go to their heads which generally resorts in their eventual demise.
